Malted loaf for a bread-machine

Change units and quantities:

10fl oz water
1½tbsp honey
2tbsp malt extract
1lb 2oz white bread flour
2tbsp skimmed milk powder
1tsp salt
2oz butter
1tsp easy-blend dried yeast
3½oz sultanas

Pour the water, honey and malt extract into the bread machine and sprinkle over the flour, ensuring it covers the water completely. Add the milk powder. Add the salt and butter in separate corners of the bread machine. Make a small indent in the centre of the flour and pour in the yeast. Set the machine to the raisin setting. Add the sultanas when the machine beeps or after the first kneading. Remove when baked and turn out onto a wire rack.
