From the experimental kitchen of Mark Dekker - very good served with a fried egg and salad in a focaccia roll
Makes 4 fat patties
2½ cups white button mushrooms
½ large capsicum
2 eggs
1 medium onion
2tbsp chilli sauce
3tbsp american mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp flour
1tbsp cornflour
bran, enough to make the right consistency
Whiz the crap out of the mushrooms, capsicum, eggs, onion, chilli sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the flour, cornflour and bran. Mix up good and fry in a non-stick frypan. Patties should solidify when ready.
